Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating method which can prevent swelling from being produced in a paper laminate material by bubbling due to the evaporation of moisture in the paper laminate material in a gable roof type paper container for liquid and a center oven used for the same.SOLUTION: For the assembly and sealing of a gable roof type paper container for liquid made of a paper laminate material the surface of which has a laminate of a thermoplastic resin layer, a method for heating the paper container for liquid is characterized by jetting hot blast to both the inside of an end edge and an end face of the paper laminate material in a method for heating the thermoplastic resin layer kept formed in the apex or bottom of the paper container for liquid by jetting hot blast inside of the apex or bottom out of many small holes provided in a center oven inserted to the inside of the paper container for liquid to heat the thermoplastic resin layer inside of the temporarily folded apex or bottom end edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】切妻屋根型液体用紙容器において、紙積層材料内部の水分の気化によるバブリングで紙積層材料に膨れができることを防止することのできる加熱方法、およびそれに用いるセンターオーブンを提案することを課題とする。【解決手段】表面に熱可塑性樹脂層を積層した紙積層材料からなる切妻屋根型液体用紙容器の組み立て、密封において、液体用紙容器内側に挿入して仮折りされた頂部又は底部の端縁内側の前記熱可塑性樹脂層を加熱するためのセンターオーブンに設けられた、多数の小孔から熱風を液体用紙容器の頂部又は底部の内側に噴射し、液体用紙容器の頂部又は底部にあらかじめ形成されている前記熱可塑性樹脂層を加熱する方法において、熱風を端縁内側および紙積層材料の端面の両方に噴射することを特徴とする液体用紙容器の加熱方法である。【選択図】図1
