PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid reduction in the strength of a guard member without impairing operability while performing the position change and fixing of the guard member by a locking body attached to the guard member.SOLUTION: A paddy field working machine comprises an engaging part 65 provided in a fixed part 23 and a locking body 62 provided in a guard member 60. The attachment posture of the guard member 60 can be changed between a guard posture in which the guard member 60 is positioned on the outer side of an end part of a work device in a lateral direction and suppresses contact with another object and a storage posture in which the guard member 60 is positioned on the inner side of the end part of the work device in the lateral direction. A grip operation part 62b for performing the posture change operation of the guard member 60 is formed by a portion of the locking body 62, which is extended to the side away from the fixed part 23 than the guard member 60 in an engaging/disengaging direction of the locking body 62 with respect to the engaging part 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】ガード部材の位置変更及び固定を、ガード部材に取り付けた係止体で行うようにして、操作性を損なうことなくガード部材の強度低下を避けられるようにする。【解決手段】固定部２３に設けた係合部６５とガード部材６０に設けた係止体６２とを備え、ガード部材６０が作業装置の左右方向での端部よりも外方側に位置して他物の当接を抑制するガード姿勢と、ガード部材６０が作業装置の左右方向での端部よりも内方側に位置する格納姿勢とに、ガード部材６０の取り付け姿勢を変更可能であるように構成され、係止体６２のうち、係合部６５に対する係止体６２の係脱方向で、ガード部材６０よりも固定部２３から離れる側へ延出された部分によって、ガード部材６０の姿勢変更操作を行うための握り操作部６２ｂが形成されている。【選択図】図６
