TABLET AND PACKAGE EXTRUSION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the difficulty of handling even for a healthy user, because when a plurality of tablets arrayed in a PTP package are used separately one by one, especially a small tablet package is smaller than one joint of a finger, and particularly the great difficulty for an elderly user and a handicapped user.SOLUTION: The tablet and package extrusion device includes a base having passage holes through which the tablets of different sizes pass, a package stationing tool having sandwiching adjustment means for inserting and holding the sheet part of an optional PTP package with the base and sandwiching the surroundings of a raised part corresponding to the raised part having a different size and a different shape of the PTP package on the left and right upper side of the passage holes, a movable body provided in the upper side of the package stationing tool via a back-and-forth sliding mechanism, and an extrusion piece having a vertically movable mechanism installed in the lower surface of the movable body to operate until at least a lower end reaches the lower position of the passage hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 ＰＴＰ包装体の配列する複数の錠剤を一錠づつに切り分けて使用するとき、特に小さめの錠剤の包装体は指先の一関節分より小さく健常者であっても扱いにくい、まして高齢者や障害者となると非常な困難を強いられているのが現状である。【解決手段】 異なる大きさの錠剤が通過する通過孔を有する基盤と、前記通過孔の左右上側に前記基盤との間で任意のＰＴＰ包装体のシ−ト部を挿入かつ保持するとともに該ＰＴＰ包装体の異なる大きさ形状の隆起部に対応して隆起部周囲を挟接する挟接調整手段を有する包装体定置具と、該包装体定置具の上側に前後スライド機構を介して設けられた可動体と、該可動体下面に配置され少なくとも下端が前記通過孔の下位置に達するまで作動する上下可動機構を有する押し出し片よりなる。【選択図】図１
