【課題】ナノポアの薄膜内位置確認をせずに生体分子のナノポア内導入を実現する。また、変位安定性を確保し、安定した封鎖信号の取得を実現する。【解決手段】ナノポア112を有する薄膜113のサイズより大きな生体分子固定部材107を用い、生体分子固定部材107がナノポアデバイス101に近接した際にナノポア周辺の電場領域に少なくとも一本の生体分子108が入る密度で生体分子を固定する。【選択図】図1 |
