PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation management system and program.SOLUTION: A reservation management system includes: a reservation acquisition unit which acquires information showing reservation desired period from a user; a storage unit which stores use history that associates a reservation finish time of day identified from the reservation desired period with a use finish time of day when the use actually finishes; a prediction unit which predicts predictive difference on the basis of the reservation finish time of day identified from the reservation desired period acquired by the reservation acquisition unit and the use history stored by the storage unit; and an occupancy period setting unit which sets an occupancy period on the basis of the reservation desired period acquired by the reservation acquisition unit and the predictive difference predicted by the prediction unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】予約管理システム、及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】利用者から予約希望期間を示す情報を取得する予約取得部と、前記予約希望期間から特定される予約終了時刻と実際に利用が終了利用終了時刻を関連付けた利用履歴を記憶する記憶部と、前記予約取得部が取得した前記予約希望期間から特定される予約終了時刻と前記記憶部が記憶する前記利用履歴に基づいて、予測差分を予測する予測部と、前記予約取得部が取得した前記予約希望期間と前記予測部が予測した前記予測差分に基づいて、占有期間を設定する占有期間設定部と、を備える、予約管理システム。【選択図】図１
