Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably manufacturing a glass sheet having straightness, in a method for thermally reinforcing and hardening a glass sheet which is thin, large and substantially flat.SOLUTION: The glass sheet is heated to a hardening temperature, and then, quenching is performed in blowing cooled air to both surfaces of the glass sheet in the method for hardening the glass sheet. Quenching of a top surface and a bottom surface of both sides lanes of the glass sheet is performed earlier than quenching of the top surface and the bottom surface of a center lane of the glass sheet, or performed more effectively in early time of the quenching in the method for hardening a glass sheet. As a result, compression stress required for hardening in a desired degree is fixed in both surfaces of the side lane earlier than in both surfaces of the center lane, in the method. In order to achieve mentioned operation, cooled air enclosure of upper and lower sides of the glass sheet has a quenching unit having a sub-area with attenuated cooling effect, in a plane glass manufacturing device.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】薄くて大きな実質的に平坦なガラスシートを熱強化、焼入れする方法において、ガラスシートが安定で真直に製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】ガラスシートを焼入れ温度まで加熱し、次に前記ガラスシートの両表面に冷却空気を吹付けてクエンチングを行ってガラスシートを焼入れする方法。ガラスシートの両側部のレーンの上面及び底面のクエンチングを、ガラスシートの中央のレーンの上面及び底面のクエンチングよりも、より早く始めるか、或いは、クエンチングの初期には、より効果的に実行する、ガラスシートを焼入れ方法。その結果、所望の程度の焼入れのために必要な圧縮応力を前記中央のレーンの両表面におけるより早く前記側部のレーンの両表面で定着させる方法。前記操作を達成するために、ガラスシートの上下の冷却空気エンクロージャは、減弱された冷却効果を有するサブエリアを備えるクエンチングユニットを持つ平板ガラス製造装置。【選択図】なし |
