TAKE-UP LINER FOR RUBBER BELT-LIKE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-up liner for a rubber belt-like member which has excellent dimensional stability in which wrinkles and the like do not occur easily, a peelable property from rubber, and tear resistance in which tear originating from a scratch and the like as an origin does occur easily, and a foreign matter is not generated easily.SOLUTION: A take-up liner for a rubber belt-like member is a belt-like laminate having a configuration that a cloth layer formed of untwisted yarn of a thermoplastic resin is sandwiched by polyester-based resin sheet layers. The polyester-based resin sheet contains a release treatment agent or the polyester-based resin sheet has a release treatment layer to make both surfaces of the belt-like laminate possess releasability. Especially, the liner is preferably a belt-like laminate in which adhesion of the cloth layer and the sheet layer is performed via a polyethylene-based resin by an extrusion lamination method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】しわなどが発生しにくい優れた寸法安定性、ゴムとの剥離性、傷などを起点とした引裂きが起きにくい耐引裂性を有しており、かつ異物が発生しにくいゴム部材の巻取りライナーを提供する。【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂の不撚糸からなるクロス層が、ポリエステル系樹脂シート層によって挟まれた構成の帯状積層体であって、該ポリエステル系樹脂シートが離型処理剤を含有しているか、または該ポリエステル系樹脂シートが離型処理層を有しており、該帯状積層体の両表面が離型性を有することを特徴とするゴム帯状部材の巻取りライナー。特に、クロス層とシート層の接着が押出しラミネート法によりポリエチレン系の樹脂を介して行われている帯状積層体であることが好ましい。【選択図】図１
