Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas flow rate adjustment valve which can adjust an intermediate gas flow rate, and which can maintain the state without depending on manpower.SOLUTION: The gas flow rate adjustment valve includes: a position adjustment guide in which a penetrating cavity part is formed having one end opening into a gas flow passage and the other end opening to an outside of the gas flow passage; a position adjustment member in which a penetrating hollow part is formed in which the other end side is located outside the position adjustment guide and in which a one end side is inserted in the penetrating cavity part; a gas flow rate adjustment member which has a tip side valve part for adjusting an opening of a valve hole in the gas flow passage and a rear end side knob part for being led-out to the outside from the other end side of the position adjustment member; and an elastic member for energizing the gas flow rate adjustment member to the valve hole direction. Then, the position adjustment member has a plurality of fitting parts for regulating movement of the gas flow rate adjustment member to the valve hole direction by an energizing force on the other end side. These plurality of fitting parts have different positions for regulating the movement of the fitted gas flow rate adjustment member so that openings may be different from each other. Therefore, the opening can be changed by switching the fitting part in which the gas flow rate adjustment member is fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】中間的な気体流量に調節でき、その状態を人手に因らず、維持できる気体流量調節弁を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の気体流量調節弁は、気体流路内に開口する一端と気体流路外に開口する他端を有する貫通空洞部の形成された位置調節ガイドと、位置調節ガイド外に他端側を位置させ、貫通空洞部に一端側を挿入した貫通中空部の形成された位置調節部材と、気体流路内の弁穴の開度を調節する先端側弁部と位置調節部材の他端側から外部に導出される後端側摘み部を有した気体流量調節部材と、気体流量調節部材を弁穴方向に付勢する弾性部材と、を備える。そして、位置調節部材は、付勢力による気体流量調節部材の弁穴方向への移動を規制する複数の嵌合部を他端側に有する。この複数の嵌合部は、それぞれ開度が異なるように、嵌合される気体流量調節部材の移動を規制する位置が異なる。このため気体流量調節部材が嵌合する嵌合部の切替で開度の変更ができる。【選択図】図1
