Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an existing deteriorated pipe passage to be repaired simply and appropriately within a short time.SOLUTION: A framework body 10 having reinforcing members 11 connected in an existing pipe passage 1 via prescribed intervals in a longitudinal direction is arranged in the existing pipe passage 1 along a longitudinal direction. As a liner member 20 installed at an inner surface side of the framework, a plurality of plate-like profiles 21 extending along the longitudinal direction of the existing pipe passage 1 are arranged at the inner surface side of the framework body 10 via the prescribed spacing. When cylindrical watertight sheets 22 are installed between the framework and the liner member, the inner surface side of the reinforcing member is provided with a fitting recess 13, the watertight sheets between the plate-like profiles are fitted into the fitting recesses by the fitting members 23 along the longitudinal direction of the existing pipe passage, the fitting members are abutted against the long sides of the plate-like profiles at both sides and then hardening filler material 2 is poured between the watertight sheets 22 and the existing pipe passage 1 and hardened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】 老朽化した既設管路の補修が短時間で簡単且つ適切に補修できるようにする。【解決手段】 補強部材11を既設管路1内に長さ方向に所定間隔を介して連結させた骨組み体10を、既設管路1内に長さ方向に沿って配置させ、骨組み体の内面側に装着させるライナー部材20として、既設管路1の長さ方向に沿った複数の板状プロファイル21を骨組み体10の内面側に所定間隔を介するよう配置させ、骨組み体とライナー部材との間に、筒状になった水密シート22を装着させるにあたり、補強部材の内面側に嵌合用凹部13を設け、板状プロファイル相互の間の水密シートを、既設管路の長さ方向に沿った嵌合部材23により嵌合用凹部内に嵌合させると共に、嵌合部材を両側における板状プロファイルの長辺部に当接させ、水密シート22と既設管路1との間に硬化性の充填材2を注入させて硬化させた。【選択図】 図8 |
