Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal energy reuse system which becomes energy saving measures in an industrial washing machine, and which has versatility in which flush steam is controlled and used with good efficiency.SOLUTION: A control device 6 detects temperature of a washing tub and rinsing tub for heating, and when the temperature becomes from setting temperature of each tub to a preset first threshold level, for example, -1°C, flush steam is supplied to the washing tub and rinsing tub through steam piping 8 from a steam separator 1, and when the temperature of the washing tub and rinsing tub becomes a second threshold level which is lower than the first threshold level, for example, -10°C, steam is supplied from a boiler 5 through steam piping 7, and a liquid temperature of the washing tub and rinsing tub is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】業務用洗濯機における省エネルギー対策となる、フラッシュ蒸気を制御し効率よく利用することができる汎用性を有する熱エネルギー再利用システムを提供する。【解決手段】制御装置6は、加温する洗濯槽・すすぎ槽の温度を検知して、各槽の設定温度から予め設定された第1のスレッショルドレベル、例えば−1℃になると、蒸気セパレーター1からの蒸気配管8を通じてフラッシュ蒸気を洗濯槽・すすぎ槽に供給するとともに、洗濯槽・すすぎ槽の温度が第1のスレッショルドレベルよりも低い第2のスレッショルドレベル、例えば−10℃になると、蒸気配管7を通じてボイラ5からの蒸気を供給して洗濯槽・すすぎ槽の液温度を上昇させる。【選択図】図1 |
