Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor holder capable of reducing a magnetic sound by creating an oscillation which becomes an opposite phase to the oscillation of a motor as a base of the magnetic sound from a mechanical structure, and combining both oscillations.SOLUTION: An intermediate part 20 of a motor holder 12 includes: a first transmission path; and a second transmission path arranged in parallel to the first transmission path, and a path length of the second transmission path becomes a length of two times of the path length of the first transmission path. Therefore, for a specified oscillation frequency determined in accordance with the path length of the first transmission path or the second transmission path of a motor oscillation. The phase of the oscillation transmitted by one of both transmission paths is displaced by a half-wave length to the oscillation transmitted by the other one in a downstream end of both transmission paths as a contacting point of both transmission paths. Therefore, the oscillation is canceled and transmitted to an air-conditioning case in the contacting point of both, and a motor magnetic sound generated from the air-conditioning case can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】磁気音の基になるモータの振動とは逆位相になる振動を機械的構造から作り出して両振動を合成することで磁気音の低減を図ることができるモータホルダを提供する。【解決手段】モータホルダ12の中間部20は、第1伝達経路と、第1伝達経路に対して並列的に設けられた第2伝達経路とを有し、且つ、その第2伝達経路の経路長が第1伝達経路の経路長を2倍にした長さになるように構成されている。そのため、両伝達経路の一方が伝達する振動は他方が伝達する振動に対して、モータ振動のうち第1伝達経路または第2伝達経路の経路長に応じて決まる特定振動周波数に関しては、両伝達経路の合流点である両伝達経路の下流端で位相が半波長分ずれることになる。従って、両伝達経路の合流点において各々の振動は相殺されてから空調ケースへ伝達されるので、空調ケースから発せられるモータ磁気音の低減を図ることができる。【選択図】図1 |
