PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine suppressing a manufacturing cost by reducing machining man-hours and assembling man-hours and capable of reducing labor required for the assembling.SOLUTION: A game board 20 includes a decoration member 91 disposed, with it facing a game area 21 on which Pachinko balls flow down. The decoration member 91 includes a normal winning part 45 having a normal winning hole 45a that is constantly opened to the game area 21 and in which a Pachinko ball flowing down the game area 21 may enter. The decoration member 91 further includes a first operation-start winning part 30 having a first operation-start winning hole 30a at a lower side of the normal winning part 45, which is constantly opened to the game area 21 and in which a Pachinko ball flowing down the game area 21 may enter.
