Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotor which can be easily prevented from decreasing fastening strength by increasing bearing force against excitation force of the motor rotor without changing an integrated fastening mechanism by a caulk pin, a motor using the same, and a motor compressor.SOLUTION: A rotor motor 16 comprises: a cylindrical rotor iron core 28 having a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates stacked; end plates 31, 32 and balance weights 33, 34 stacked at both ends of the rotor iron core 28; and a plurality of caulk pins 35 with heads which are inserted from one direction to fasten the rotor iron core 28, end plates 31, 32, and balance weights 33, 34 in one body, a material of the balance weight 33 arranged on a head 36 side of the caulk pin 35 being harder than a material of the caulk pin 35, and a material of the balance weight 34 arranged on a caulk part 37 side of the caulk pin 35 being softer than the material of the caulk pin 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】カシメピンによる一体締結構造を変更することなく、モータロータの過大な加振力に対する耐力を高め、簡易に締結強度の低下を防止できるモータロータおよびそれを用いたモータ並びに電動圧縮機を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】複数枚の電磁鋼板を積層した円筒形状の回転子鉄心28と、回転子鉄心28の両端部に積層される端板31,32およびバランスウェイト33,34と、一方向から挿入され、回転子鉄心28、端板31,32、バランスウェイト33,34を一体に締結する複数本のヘッド付きカシメピン35と、を備えたモータロータ16において、カシメピン35のヘッド36側に配設されるバランスウェイト33の材料をカシメピン35の材料よりも硬い材料とし、カシメピン35のカシメ部37側に配設されるバランスウェイト34の材料をカシメピン35の材料よりも柔らかい材料とした。【選択図】図2
