The sales promotion management server comprises: a discount sales performance information generation unit 335 that stores the generated discount sales performance information into the discount sales performance information stored in the server storage unit; and a sales promotion expenses calculation unit 337 that refers to the discount sales performance information stored in the server storage unit and calculates the sales promotion expenses for the specific promotion from a commodity provider to a retailer based on a normal sales price of the commodity sold at the discount price, the discount information, and the sales volume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】販促金の支払いを適正化しつつ、顧客増につながる施策ができる販売促進管理システム等を提供する。【解決手段】販売促進管理サーバ3は、小売業者側システムから少なくとも顧客識別情報、商品識別情報、及び販売価格を含むPOSデータを取得し、取得したPOSデータと、サーバ記憶部32に記憶したプロモーション情報とに基づいて、特定のプロモーションにおいて値引き販売した商品の値引き情報を特定するとともに販売数量をカウントすることにより、値引き販売実績情報を作成する。作成した値引き販売実績情報をサーバ記憶部に記憶した値引き販売実績情報に格納する値引き販売実績情報作成部335と、サーバ記憶部に記憶した値引き販売実績情報を参照し、商品提供者から小売業者への特定のプロモーションに対する販促金を、値引き販売した商品の通常販売価格と値引き情報と販売数量とに基づいて算出する販促金算出部337とを備える。【選択図】図5 |
