Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerometer capable of accurately measuring a minute acceleration in a state where a constant acceleration is always applied.SOLUTION: An accelerometer including: a mass body 10 swingably supported by a housing 1; a displacement detection unit 30 detecting a displacement of a position of the mass body 10 relative to the housing 1 and generating an output in response to the displacement; and a Toluca coil 60 which is fixed to the mass body 10 and in which a Toluca current in response to the displacement of the mass body 10 by an input acceleration flows, and provided with a servo mechanism configured to keep the mass body 10 at a neutral position by the flow of the Toluca current in the Toluca coil 60 disposed in a magnetic field, comprises an integrator 50 to which the output from the displacement detection unit 30 is input. An output from the integrator 50 is supplied to the Toluca coil 60, and the input to the integrator 50 is a first output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
