Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cylindrical roller bearing which can apply a crowning at high accuracy and a low cost.SOLUTION: On assumption that a crowning is applied to either of a rolling face 3a of a cylindrical roller 3 and raceway surfaces 1a, 2a of an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2, a crowning in which a distribution of contact surface pressure becomes substantially equal as a whole is acquired by calculation. A crowning applied to the rolling face 3a and crownings applied to the raceway surfaces 1a, 2a are determined on the basis of the acquired crowning. At this time, both the crownings are determined so that the sum of a crowning-off amount of a crowning part 13 and a crowning-off amount of a crowning part 11 or a crowning part 12 coincide with a crowning-off amount of the crowning which is acquired by the calculation in any axial positions. The crownings are applied to the rolling face 3a and the raceway surfaces 1a, 2a, respectively, on the basis of a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】クラウニングを高精度、低コストで施すことができる円筒ころ軸受の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】円筒ころ3の転動面3aと内輪1、外輪2の軌道面1a,2aとのうち一方のみにクラウニングを施した場合を想定し、接触面圧の分布が全体にわたって略均一となるようなクラウニングを計算により求める。得られたクラウニングに基づいて、転動面3aに施すクラウニングと軌道面1a,2aに施すクラウニングとを決定する。このとき、クラウニング部13のクラウニング落ち量とクラウニング部11又はクラウニング部12のクラウニング落ち量との和が、いずれの軸方向位置においても、計算で求めたクラウニングのクラウニング落ち量と一致するように、両クラウニングを決定する。その決定結果に基づいて、転動面3aと軌道面1a,2aとにそれぞれクラウニングを施す。【選択図】図1
