Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically suppress the occurrence of spark discharge due to static electricity in oil supply.SOLUTION: A further conductive path is provided from a surface of a conductive tank cap 31 on the inner part side of a fuel tank 30 toward the inner part side of the fuel tank 30. A retaining member 41 and a connecting member 42 are conductive, and therefore, the retaining member 41 and the connecting member 42 constitute the conductive path. During oil supply of the fuel tank 30, a worker is required to touch a tank cap surface 31A first and then to turn and remove the tank cap 31. At that time, when the fuel tank 30 or fuel F is charged with an electric charge, the electric charge is instantly discharged from the tank cap surface 31A through the worker (human body).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】給油の際の静電気による火花放電の発生を自動的に抑制する。【解決手段】導電性のタンクキャップ31の燃料タンク30の内部側の表面から燃料タンク30の内部側に向かって、更なる導電経路が設けられる。抜け止め部材41、連結部材42は導電性となるため、抜け止め部材41と連結部材42とは導電経路を構成する。燃料タンク30に給油を行う際には、作業者は、まずタンクキャップ表面31Aに触れ、タンクキャップ31を回転させてこれを取り外す必要がある。この際、燃料タンク30や燃料Fが帯電している場合には、この電荷は、タンクキャップ表面31Aから作業者(人体)を通じて即時に放電される。【選択図】図3
