Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve enabling adjustment of supply amount of lubrication oil in accordance with a temperature change of the lubrication oil.SOLUTION: A flow control valve 50 provided in an oil supply passage for supplying lubrication oil to a bearing portion of a turbocharger includes: a valve body 110 inside of which the lubrication oil flows; a spool 120 that can adjust a flow passage area of the lubrication oil flowing in the valve body 110 by sliding relative to the valve body 110 and that is energized leftward by the hydraulic pressure of the lubrication oil flowing in the valve body 110; a first spring 140 for energizing the spool 120 rightward; and a second spring 160 that is formed of shape-memory alloy, can be extended/contracted in accordance with a temperature and energizes the spool 120 leftward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】潤滑油の温度変化に応じて潤滑油の供給量の調節を行うことが可能な流量制御弁を提供する。【解決手段】ターボチャージャの軸受部へと潤滑油を供給する供給油路に設けられる流量制御弁50であって、内部を潤滑油が流通する弁本体110と、弁本体110に対して摺動することで当該弁本体110を流通する潤滑油の流路面積を調節可能であり、弁本体110を流通する潤滑油の油圧によって左方に向かって付勢されるスプール120と、スプール120を右方に向かって付勢する第一スプリング140と、形状記憶合金で形成され、温度に応じて伸縮可能であると共に、スプール120をに向かって付勢する第二スプリング160と、を具備した。【選択図】図4 |
