It includes a lubricating oil supply oil path (a forcible feed oil path 3 and a supply oil path 42) for guiding the lubricating oil to the bearing part 41, a lubricating oil discharge oil path (a discharge oil path 43 and a return oil path 7) for guiding the lubricating oil discharged from the bearing part 41, and a flow control valve 100 provided in the lubricating oil supply path at its position of no overlap with the lubricating oil discharge oil path for throttling the flow path of the lubricating oil distributing in the lubricating oil supply oil path to control the flow of the lubricating oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
