SHEAR REINFORCEMENT MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear reinforcement member which enables making a plate at an edge section of a wire rod have more compact dimensions.SOLUTION: A shear reinforcement member 1 has a wire rod 2 and a plate 3 fixed to a tip of the wire rod 2 through friction pressure welding. The plate 3 has a concave section 4. In the shear reinforcement member 1, at least a portion of a burr 5 generated by the friction pressure welding between the wire rod 2 and a bottom face of the concave section 4 is stored in the concave section 4 or the burr 5 generated by the friction pressure welding between the wire rod 2 and the plate 3 is scraped off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】線材の端部に設けられたプレートをよりコンパクトな寸法にすることを可能としたせん断補強部材を提案する。【解決手段】線材２と、線材２の先端に摩擦圧接により固定されたプレート３とを備えるせん断補強部材１である。プレート３には凹部４を形成しておき、線材２と凹部４の底面との摩擦圧接により生じたバリ５の少なくとも一部を凹部４内に納まっているせん断補強部材１、または、線材２とプレート３との摩擦圧接により生じたバリ５が削り取られているせん断補強部材１。【選択図】図３
