Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout method for a cast-in-place concrete pile capable of grouting on a side face of the cast-in-place concrete pile at a desired depth where a hard ground definitely appears and effectively increasing a bearing capacity and a settlement rigidity of the concrete pile by a simple method.SOLUTION: A reinforced frame 1 of a cast-in-place concrete pile is erected in a drilling hole H in a state where multiple filling pipes 2 used for a double packer method are installed with a space between adjacent filling pipes in a circumferential direction at the circumference of the reinforced frame. After concrete 8 is installed in the drilling hole H and cured, a crack is formed in the concrete 8 by ejecting pressure water from the filling pipes 2 and a grout material is pressured to be injected into the filling pipes 2. Thus, the grout material 9 is ejected from multiple discharge holes 2b drilled in outer pipes 2a of the filling pipes 2 into the ground through the crack and is charged to the crack.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な方法によって、確実に硬質地盤が出現する所望の深度において場所打ちコンクリート杭の側面にグラウトすることができ、効果的にコンクリート杭の支持力と沈下剛性を増大させることができる場所打ちコンクリート杭のグラウト工法を提供する。【解決手段】場所打ちコンクリート杭の鉄筋籠1を、その外周にダブルパッカー工法に用いる複数本の注入管2を円周方向に間隔をおいて取り付けた状態で掘削孔H内に建て込み、次いで掘削孔H内にコンクリート8を打設して硬化させた後に、注入管2から圧力水を噴出させてコンクリート8にクラックを形成し、次いで注入管2にグラウト材を加圧注入することにより、グラウト材9を注入管2の外管2aに穿設された複数の吐出孔2bからクラックを介して地盤中に噴出させるとともに上記クラックに充填させる。【選択図】図1 |
