Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entire rotary casing press-in device with light weight and lower total height capable of reducing a bending load applied to each part of a lifting mechanism by devising a layout of a lifting cylinder and horizontal jack and a support constitution and facilitating installation and assembly.SOLUTION: An entire rotary casing press-in device comprises: a base frame 1 connected to the ground; a lifting frame 2 formed on the base frame 1 so that the lifting frame can move up and down by a lifting mechanism 3; a chuck mechanism to fix a casing R; and a drive rolling mechanism 11 to drive the fixed casing R to rotate. A horizontal jack 29 that corrects an inclination of the base frame 1 is concentrically disposed and directly installed below a lifting cylinder 4 of the lifting mechanism 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
