Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce a pressure-resistant container using metal with excellent corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: A pressure-resistant container 10 includes cast container side bodies 20 each having a projecting cap part 26 as a constituent component. The cap part 26 has a sprue part 22 at an apex, and has a cap terminal end 26E downstream the sprue part 22. The sprue part 22 has a connector attaching surface 22A and a through-hole 25 penetrating from the connector attaching surface 22A to the inside of the container side bodies 20. Furthermore, the pressure-resistant container 10 according to the present invention has tm≥4 when a sprue part wall thickness and a cap terminal end wall thickness around the cap part 26 are tM(mm) and tm(mm) respectively, and a thickness reduction ratio tM/tm is 1≤tM/tm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】耐腐食性が良好な金属を用いた耐圧容器を安価にて生産する。【解決手段】耐圧容器10は、凸状のキャップ部26を有する鋳造製の容器側体20を構成部品に含む。キャップ部26は、頂部に湯口部22を有し、湯口部22の下流にキャップ終端部26Eを有する。湯口部22は、コネクタ取付面22Aと、コネクタ取付面22Aから容器側体20の内部に貫通する貫通孔25とを有する。更に本発明による耐圧容器10は、キャップ部26の周囲における湯口部肉厚をtM(mm)、キャップ終端部肉厚をtm(mm)とした場合に、tm≧4であって、減厚比tM/tmが、1≦tM/tmである。【選択図】図1
