Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide member for a fishing line, the member that is superior in impact resistance.SOLUTION: A guide member 1 for a fishing line is characterized in that a crystal polymorphism of a silicon carbide is a silicon carbide sintered compact comprising 4H type, 6H type and 15R type, and the 6H type is 30 mass% or more and 48.5 mass% or less, the 15R type is 1 mass% or more and 7 mass% or less, and the remainder is 4H type among the total 100 mass% of the 4H type, 6H type and 15R type, and Al contains the silicon carbide crystal formed in a solid solution. The guide member satisfies such a configuration, and thereby is high in fracture toughness and superior in impact resistance. Accordingly, it is hard to cause a breakage even by the shock applied when a fishing rod is made to fall or drop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐衝撃性に優れた釣り糸用ガイド部材を提供する。【解決手段】釣り糸用ガイド部材1は、炭化珪素の結晶多形が、4H型、6H型および15R型からなる炭化珪素質焼結体であって、4H型、6H型および15R型の質量の合計100質量%のうち、6H型が30質量%以上48.5質量%以下であり、15R型が1質量%以上7質量%以下であり、残部が4H型であるとともに、Alが固溶した炭化珪素結晶を含む。このような構成を満たしていることにより、破壊靱性が高く、耐衝撃性に優れているため、釣り竿を倒したり落としたりしたときに加わる衝撃によっても破損が生じにくい。【選択図】図1 |
