WIRE ROUTING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire routing structure capable of suppressing impact on a wire from a routing path, by suppressing up-sizing of a protector.SOLUTION: In a wire routing structure 1 including a plurality of wires 3, 5 having different external diameter, and a protector 9 arranged at a bend 7 of the plurality of wires 3, 5, the plurality of wires 3, 5 are arranged in parallel in the protector 9, the bend 7 is bent in a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the plurality of wires 3, 5 in the protector 9, the protector 9 is provided with a folded portion 11 where the bends 7 of the plurality of wires 3, 5 are arranged, a wire 3 of smallest external diameter, out of the plurality of wires 3, 5, is arranged on the inner peripheral side in the folded portion 11, and a wire 5 of largest external diameter, out of the plurality of wires 3, 5, is arranged on the outer peripheral side along the outer shape of the folded portion 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】プロテクタの大型化を抑制し、電線の配索経路からの影響を抑制することができる電線配索構造を提供する。【解決手段】外径が異なる複数の電線３，５と、この複数の電線３，５が屈曲された屈曲部７に配置されるプロテクタ９とを備えた電線配索構造１において、複数の電線３，５を、プロテクタ９内に並列に配置し、屈曲部７を、プロテクタ９内における複数の電線３，５の配置方向と直交する方向に向けて屈曲し、プロテクタ９に、複数の電線３，５の屈曲部７が配置される折返し部１１を設け、折返し部１１に、内周側に複数の電線３，５のうち外径が最も小さい電線３を配置し、外周側に複数の電線３，５のうち外径が最も大きい電線５を折返し部１１の外形形状に沿って配置した。【選択図】図２
