Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage resistor capable of enhancing the resistance value precision, while maintaining the high voltage characteristics, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The first resistance part 21 of a resistor for electrically conducting a pair of electrodes 11, 15 formed on the insulating substrate 10 thereof, has meander patterns 23, 26, and a bulging pattern 24 having a shape where a part of the meander patterns 23, 26 is bulging from the line width. A second resistance part 29 connected electrically in series with the first resistance part 21 has a width W2 shorter than the overall length L1 of the first resistance part 21, and thicker than the line width of the meander patterns 23, 26. The resistance value of the resistor is adjusted by forming a trimming groove in at least one of the bulging pattern 24 and second resistance part 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】抵抗値精度を向上させ、高圧特性を維持できる高圧用の抵抗器、およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】その絶縁基板10に形成された一対の電極11、15間を電気的に導通させる抵抗体の第1抵抗部21が、蛇行パターン23、26と、蛇行パターン23、26の一部が線幅から膨出した形状を有する膨出パターン24とを有する。第1抵抗部21と電気的に直列に接続された第2抵抗部29が、第1抵抗部21の全長L1よりも短く、かつ蛇行パターン23、26の線幅よりも太い幅W2を有しており、膨出パターン24と第2抵抗部29の少なくとも一方にトリミング溝を形成して抵抗器の抵抗値を調整する。【選択図】図3 |
