Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an n-type inorganic/organic composite thermoelectric conversion material comprising an inorganic material and an organic material and having excellent thermoelectric conversion characteristics in a middle-low temperature region.SOLUTION: In an inorganic/organic composite thermoelectric conversion material, an organic cation and a polar solvent molecule having a relative dielectric constant of 10 or more are introduced between layers of an inorganic material that has n-type thermoelectric conversion characteristics and a layered crystal structure. The interlayer distance of the inorganic material is preferably larger than the interlayer distance in the inorganic material alone and 15Å or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
