Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-capturing system for transparent plate-like body surface inspection with which, while utilizing a phenomenon that, when a flat surface where the beam path center of a line sensor camera exists is perpendicular to the transparent plate-like body and the flat surface is neither parallel nor perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the transparent plate-like body, a surface-side surface reflection light path and a back-side surface reflection light path are separated depending on plate thickness, it is possible to suppress increase in the number of mechanisms necessary to provide a water layer on the reverse side of the transparent plate-like body.SOLUTION: A light source 1 is disposed, on condition that there is no strain in a glass plate 71, in the extension direction of a beam path heading from a line sensor camera 2 to a visual field 5 and reflected at the glass plate 71. The direction on irradiation surface of the stripe pattern of the light source 1 is determined in such a way that when the irradiation surface is projected along the traveling direction of the glass plate 71 the result of projection is a line segment. Also, the line constituting the dark portion of the stripe pattern on the irradiation surface is parallel to the conveyance direction of the glass plate 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ラインセンサカメラの光線経路中心が存在する平面が透明板状体と垂直であり、かつその平面を透明板状体の搬送方向と平行にも垂直にもしない場合に、表側の面の反射光の経路と裏側の面の反射光の経路が板厚に依存して分離する現象を利用しつつ、透明板状体の裏側に水層を設けるための機構の数の増加を抑えることができる透明板状体表面検査用撮像システムを提供する。【解決手段】光源1は、ガラス板71に歪みが生じていないという条件のもとで、ラインセンサカメラ2から視野5に向かう光線経路がガラス板71で反射した延長方向上に配置される。光源1のストライプパターンの照射面の向きは、その照射面をガラス板71の進行方向に沿って射影した結果が線分になるように定められる。また、その照射面でストライプパターンの暗部となる線は、ガラス板71の搬送方向と平行である。【選択図】図1 |
