Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thermal loss when only one of a heating operation and a hot water supply operation is performed and save a space in a heat pump type hot water supply heater.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit 1 includes: a compressor 10; an outdoor heat exchanger for exchanging heat between a refrigerant and outside air; a hot water supply heat exchanger 16A for exchanging heat between a refrigerant and hot water for hot water supply; and a heating heat exchanger 16B for exchanging heat between a refrigerant and hot water for heating.
