Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a force of a solenoid actuator to become a minimum force as much as possible to enable a valve body to be opened or closed to attain its cost reduction.SOLUTION: A main body 20 is provided with a valve body 30 arranged to be movable in a forwarding or a retracting direction to close a flow passage 24 at the time of forwarding and to open the flow passage at the time of retracting by a solenoid actuator. The flow passage 24 is constituted by having a flow-in side flow passage 24a at a flow-in port side in a space 25 and a flow-out side flow passage 24b at a flow-out port side in the space 25. The valve body 30 is constituted by having a valve part 31 an outside surface of which abuts against an opening edge of a flow-out opening 26 of the flow-out side flow passage 24b at the time of advancing action to close the flow-out opening 26 and a rod 32 supporting the valve part 31. The main body 20 is provided with a valve supporting part 40 for slidably supporting the rod 32 at the tip. This invention satisfies a formula of Sa≒Sb, where Sa is an opening area formed at an opening edge of the flow-out opening 26 and Sb is a cross sectional area of the rod 32 sliding in the sliding hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ソレノイドアクチュエータの力を可能な限り最小限の力にして弁体を開閉できるようにし、コストダウンを図るようにする。【解決手段】本体20にソレノイドアクチュエータによって進退動可能に設けられ進出時に流路24を閉にし、後退時に流路を開にする弁体30を備え、流路24を空間25より流入ポート側の流入側流路24aと空間25より流出ポート側の流出側流路24bとを備えて構成し、弁体30を、その進出時に流出側流路24bの流出開口26の開口縁に外側面が当接して、流出開口26を塞ぐ弁部31と、先端に弁部31を支持したロッド32とを備えて構成し、本体20にロッド32を摺動可能に支持する弁体支持部40を設け、流出開口26の開口縁で形成される開口面積をSaとし、摺動孔を摺動するロッド32の横断面積をSbとしたとき、Sa≒Sbにした。【選択図】図3 |
