Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip plating steel sheet that is excellent in plating properties and plating adhesion and uses, as a base material steel plate, a steel sheet containing alloy elements forming oxides on the surface of the steel sheet at a high temperature, and to provide a method for manufacturing the hot-dip plating steel sheet.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a hot-dip plating steel sheet excellent in plating adhesion that uses, as a base material steel plate, a steel sheet containing alloy elements forming oxides on the surface of the steel sheet at a high temperature, is plated with a plating material on the base material steel plate, and has a non-continuous reduction Fe layer and a Fe-plating material alloy phase in a boundary surface of the base material steel plate and a plating layer, and relates to a method for manufacturing the hot-dip plating steel sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】本発明は、自動車素材等に用いられる溶融メッキ鋼板及びその製造方法に関し、高温で鋼板の表面に酸化物を形成する合金元素を含有する鋼板を素地鋼板とするメッキ性及びメッキ密着性に優れた溶融メッキ鋼板及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明によれば、Si、Mn等の添加量の制約を緩和させることができるため、新たな鋼種の開発を加速化させることができる。【解決手段】本発明は、高温で鋼板の表面に酸化物を形成する合金元素を含有する鋼板を素地鋼板とし、この素地鋼板上にメッキ材がメッキされた溶融メッキ鋼板であって、前記素地鋼板とメッキ層の界面に非連続的な還元Fe層とFe-メッキ材合金相を有する、メッキ密着性に優れた溶融メッキ鋼板及びその製造方法に関する。【選択図】図5
