DRIP-PROOF STRUCTURE OF ELECTRIC COMPONENT OF INSTRUMENT PANEL FOR AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip-proof structure of an electric component of an instrument panel for an automobile which can extremely prevent that drink water or the like is dripped on the electric component which is arranged at a lower part even if the drink water or the like is spilled when taking out a PET bottle or the like accommodated in a cup holder.SOLUTION: Chevron-shaped instrument panel side eaves 9 extending to a vehicle width direction are arranged at an internal face of a cabin-side wall 2 of an instrument panel 1 so that a chevron-shaped apex 9c is substantially located at a center upper part of an electronic component arrangement region A, and chevron-shaped cup-side eaves 11 (second eaves) extending to the vehicle width direction are arranged at a rear wall 8b of a cup holder 6 opposing the cabin-side wall 2 so that a chevron-shaped apex 11c is located at an upper part of the apex 9c of the instrument panel side eaves 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】カップホルダに収容されたペットボトル等を取り出す際等に飲料水等がこぼれた場合でも、該飲料水等が下方に配置された電装部品にかかるのを極力防止できる自動車用インパネにおける電装部品の防滴構造を提供する。【解決手段】インパネ１の車室側壁部２の内面に、山形で車幅方向に延びるインパネ側庇9を、該山形の頂部９cが電装部品配置領域Ａの略中央上方に位置するように設け、カップホルダ６の、前記車室側壁部２に対向する後壁８bに、山形で車幅方向に延びるカップ側庇１１（第２の庇）を、該山形の頂部１１cが前記インパネ側庇9の頂部９cの上方に位置するように設けた。【選択図】図１
