Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording position control device that can detect, accurately at low cost, an abnormality in a movement operation of an actuator to finely move a head unit.SOLUTION: The recording position control device includes: a controller 54 that instructs to perform an original-point determination operation of moving the head unit 50 to an original point that is a reference position of the head unit; and a timer 103 that measures, as a measurement time period, a time period from when the controller 54 outputs a movement command to head moving means 52 to when the controller receives from the head moving means 52 a completion status indicating that the movement is completed. The controller 54 instructs to perform a second round of the original-point determination operation after instructing to perform a first round of the original-point determination operation. The timer 103 measures the measurement time period from when the controller issues an execution command of the second round to when the controller receives a completion status of the second round. When the measurement time period is equal to or shorter than a first threshold time period, the controller determines that the original-point determination operation of the head unit 50 has failed to be normally executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】 ヘッドユニットを微少移動させるアクチュエータの移動動作の異常を安価で正確に検知できる記録位置制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】 記録位置制御装置は、ヘッドユニット50の基準位置である原点にヘッドユニットを移動させる原点出し動作の実行を命令する制御部54と、制御部54が、ヘッド移動手段52へ移動命令を出力してから、ヘッド移動手段52から移動が完了したことを示す完了ステータスを受信するまでの時間を計測時間として計測するタイマ部103と、を備え、制御部54は、1回目の原点出し動作の実行を命令した後、2回目の原点出し動作の実行を命令し、タイマ部103によって、2回目の実行命令を発行してから、2回目の完了ステータスを受信するまでの計測時間を計測し、計測時間が第1の閾値時間以下であった場合、ヘッドユニット50の原点出し動作が正常に実行できなかったと判定する。【選択図】 図5 |
