SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF COMPRESSOR AND AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration control performance and durability of a vibration proof rubber of a compressor 2.SOLUTION: A support structure of a compressor includes a substrate 1 for supporting a compressor 2, a supporting leg 4 of the compressor, a supporting rod 3 for fixing the supporting leg on the substrate, and vibration proof rubbers inscribed to an outer periphery of the supporting rod, and it also includes a rib 11 for regulating the movement in the horizontal direction of the vibration proof rubbers. The vibration proof rubbers are vertically stacked in two stages, the upper side vibration proof rubber 6 is formed by a rubber material such as natural rubber and the like, and the lower side vibration proof rubber 7 is formed by resin of an elastomer material having larger flexibility than that of the upper side vibration proof rubber. The rib is provided around the lower side vibration proof rubber, and the height X of the rib is made to be lower than the height Y of the lower side vibration proof rubber, so that vibration control performance and durability of the vibration proof rubbers are improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】圧縮機２の防振ゴムの防振性能向と耐久性を向上する。【解決手段】圧縮機２を支持する基板１と、前記圧縮機の支持脚４と、前記基板上に支持脚を固定するための支持棒３と、この支持棒の外周に内接する防振ゴムを備え、この防振ゴムの水平方向の動きを規制するリブ１１を設けたものに於いて、前記防振ゴムは上下二段に積み重ね、上側の防振ゴム６を天然ゴム等のゴム素材で形成し、下側の防振ゴム７を前記上側防振ゴムよりも柔軟性の大きなエラストマ素材の樹脂で形成し、下側の防振ゴムの周囲に前記リブを設け、このリブの高さＸを下側防振ゴムの高さＹよりも低くしたことで防振ゴムの防振性能向と耐久性を向上した。【選択図】図２
