Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-type continuously variable transmission capable of suppressing generation of slipping between a primary pulley and a transmission belt when an oil is not supplied to a hydraulic chamber, and improving belt returnability in returning the transmission belt hung on the primary pulley to a minimum effective diameter side when the oil is supplied to the hydraulic chamber.SOLUTION: As an energization device 96 applies energization force F in a direction to increase an effective diameter of a transmission belt 64 hung on a primary pulley 58 to a driving-side movable sheave 80 when an oil is not supplied to a hydraulic chamber 82a, the transmission belt 64 is pressed, and generation of slipping between the primary pulley 58 and the transmission belt 64 is suppressed when the oil is not supplied to the hydraulic chamber 82a. Further as the energization force F is not applied when the oil is supplied to the hydraulic chamber 82a, belt returnability in returning the transmission belt 64 hung on the primary pulley 58 to a minimum effective diameter side, is improved when the oil is supplied to the hydraulic chamber 82a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】油圧室に油が供給されていない時にプライマリプーリと伝動ベルトとのスリップの発生を抑制し且つ油圧室に油が供給されている時にプライマリプーリに掛けられた伝動ベルトが最小有効径側に戻るベルト戻り性を従来に比べて向上させるベルト式無段変速機を提供する。【解決手段】付勢装置96は、油圧室82aに油が供給されていない時に駆動側可動シーブ80をプライマリプーリ58に掛けられた伝動ベルト64の有効径が大きくなる方向に付勢力Fを付与するので、伝動ベルト64が挟圧されて油圧室82aに油が供給されていない時にプライマリプーリ58と伝動ベルト64とのスリップの発生が抑制される。また、油圧室82aに油が供給されている時には、付勢力Fが付与されなくなるので、油圧室82aに油が供給されている時にプライマリプーリ58に掛けられた伝動ベルト64が最小有効径側に戻るベルト戻り性が向上させられる。【選択図】図2 |
