Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid linear pressurizer in which fluid such as ammonia gas or the like does not immerse into a coil and a piston can move without any permanent magnets.SOLUTION: A linear mechanism part 50 for moving a piston 40 in respect to a cylinder 5 comprises: a movable member 30 slidably fitted into the cylinder, integrally connected to the piston and formed by magnetic material; a coil 20 wound around an outer surface of the cylinder; and a recess part 7 formed in an annular shape in a peripheral direction of the cylinder at an outer surface of the coil wound portion of the cylinder wound with the coil. The recess part is arranged at a position that is not symmetrical in respect to a length of the movable member in its moving direction in a moving range of the movable member, the coil is electrically energized to cause the movable member to move in an axial direction in respect to the cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コイルにアンモニアガス等の流体が侵入する虞がなく、永久磁石が存在しなくてもピストンが移動可能な流体リニア加圧機を提供する。【解決手段】ピストン40をシリンダ5に対して移動させるリニア機構部50は、前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に嵌入されて前記ピストンと一体的に連結されて磁性材で形成された可動体30と、前記シリンダの外側面に巻回されたコイル20と、前記コイルが巻回されたシリンダのコイル巻回部分の外側面に前記シリンダの周方向に環状に形成された切り欠き部7とを有し、前記切り欠き部は、前記可動体の移動範囲内で該可動体の移動方向長さに対して非対称となる位置に設けられ、前記コイルに通電することで、前記可動部が前記シリンダに対してシリンダ軸方向に移動するように構成される。【選択図】図1 |
