STERILIZER FOR BEVERAGE CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer for a container, irradiating ultraviolet rays evenly to a lateral face in addition to a bottom of the container, in a state of being inserted into the inside of the container while including a small-sized ultraviolet irradiation part.SOLUTION: A sterilizer 1 includes single or a plurality of LED light sources 4 receiving an electrical power and emitting ultraviolet rays UV, and a light source support body supporting the LED light source 4 and capable of advancing-retreating to a preform 30 as a sterilization object. The sterilizer 1 includes preferably a light diffusion cover 10 covering at least the LED light source 4, and irradiates ultraviolet rays UV from the LED light source 4 preferably in both of an outward route to the inside of the preform 30 and a homeward route from the preform 30 to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】小型の紫外線照射部分を備えながらも、容器の内部に挿入された状態で、容器の底に加えて側面にもムラなく紫外線を照射することができる容器の殺菌装置を提供する。【解決手段】電力の供給を受けて紫外線ＵＶを発光する単数又は複数のＬＥＤ光源４と、ＬＥＤ光源４を支持し、殺菌対象であるプリフォーム３０に進退が可能な光源支持体と、を備える殺菌装置１。殺菌装置１は、少なくともＬＥＤ光源４を覆う光拡散カバー１０を備えることが好ましく、プリフォーム３０の内部への往路及びプリフォーム３０から外部への復路の両方において、ＬＥＤ光源４から紫外線ＵＶを照射することが好ましい。【選択図】図１
