SHIP WEATHERTIGHT DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach, in advance, a hook and a member that corresponds to a hook receiving part to a weathertight door designed as a module in which a door frame and a door body are assembled, and eliminate the risk of causing the door body to become a free state while making it possible to adjust the opening angle of the door body.SOLUTION: A weathertight door designed as a module in which a door frame 1 and a door body 2 are assembled with each other via a hinge 21 in advance, comprises: a hook 3 configured so that a hook ring 31 is connected to the door frame 1 in a free state and a horizontal angle of a tip end key part 32 relative to the door frame 1 can be freely set; and a hook receiving part 4 fixed to the door body 2 and provided with a plurality of key receiving parts 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45 having different horizontal positions, an opening angle of the door body 2 held by the engagement of the hook 3 with the hook receiving part 4 being adjusted by engaging the tip end key part 32 with the selected key receiving part 41 of the hook receiving part 4 and changing the horizontal angle of the tip end key part 32 relative to the door frame 1 when the door body 2 is opened and the hook 3 is engaged with the hook receiving part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】扉枠と扉本体とが組つけられたモジュール仕様の風雨密扉に予めフック及びフック受け相当の部材を取り付け、扉本体の開放角度を調整自在としながら、扉本体が自由状態になる虞をなくす。【解決手段】ヒンジ21を介して扉枠１と扉本体２とが予め組みつけられたモジュール仕様の風雨密扉において、扉枠１にフック側リング31が自由状態で連結され、前記扉枠１に対する先端鍵部32の水平方向角度を自在にしたフック３と、扉本体２に固定され、それぞれの水平方向位置が異なる複数の鍵受け部41,42,43,44,45を設けたフック受け４とを備え、扉本体２を開いてフック受け４にフック３を掛合させる際、フック受け４の選択された鍵受け部41に先端鍵部32を掛合して扉枠１に対する先端鍵部32の水平方向角度を変更することにより、フック３及びフック受け４の掛合により保持される扉本体２の開放角度を調整する。【選択図】図４
