PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of insulation properties at a predetermined voltage section, in a cooler of a predetermined unit including a cooler having a base plate in which a groove for coolant passage is formed, and a predetermined voltage section.SOLUTION: A cooler 20 has a base plate 22 having a coolant passage groove 26 formed in the upper surface 23, and arranged to incline in the longitudinal direction, and a seal member 28 arranged on the outer peripheral side of the coolant passage groove 26 in the base plate 22. A high voltage part 40 is arranged on the lower surface 24 side of the base plate 22, on the lower side than the passage groove 26 in the inclination direction (longitudinal direction) and on one end side in the transverse direction. On the upper surface of the base plate 22, on the lower side of the passage groove 26 in the inclination direction (longitudinal direction), a groove 30 is formed from one end in the transverse direction toward the other end (remote side from the high voltage part 40), so as to extend in the lower side in the inclination direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】冷却水の流路用の溝が形成されたベースプレートを有する冷却器と所定電圧部とを備える所定ユニットにおける冷却器において、所定電圧部の絶縁性が低下するのを抑制する。【解決手段】冷却器２０は、上面２３に冷却水の流路溝２６が形成され且つ長手方向に傾斜するように配置されたベースプレート２２と、ベースプレート２２の流路溝２６の外周側に配置されたシール部材２８とを有する。高電圧部４０は、ベースプレート２２の下面２４側の、流路溝２６より傾斜方向（長手方向）の低い側で且つ短手方向の一端側に配置される。ベースプレート２２の上面２３の、流路溝２６の傾斜方向（長手方向）の低い側には、短手方向の一端から他端（高電圧部４０から遠い側）に向けて、傾斜方向の低い側に延びるように溝３０が形成されている。【選択図】図２
