| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing sintered ore capable of further increasing the production capacity of sintered ore using the existing sintering machine without requiring a special device separately from the sintering machine.SOLUTION: In the method for producing sintered ore where pellet produced from fine powder iron ore and the other sintering blending raw materials are mixed to produce a mixture, and then the mixture is charged to a sintering machine and is sintered to produce sintered ore, as the pellet, the firing-finished pellet obtained by granulating the fine powder iron ore and firing the same is used in a state of firing-finished pellet-containing premixed sintered blending raw materials obtained by being pre-mixed with the ordinary sintered blending raw materials, and also, the blending ratio of the firing-finished pellet in the firing-finished pellet-containing pre-mixed sintered blending raw materials is controlled to 6 mass% or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】焼結機の他に別途に特別な装置を必要とすることなく、既存の焼結機を用いて焼結鉱の生産能力をさらに高めることができる焼結鉱の製造方法を提案する。【解決手段】微粉鉄鉱石から製造されたペレットとその他の焼結配合原料とを混合して混合物を作製し、その混合物を焼結機に装入して焼結することにより、焼結鉱を製造する焼結鉱の製造方法において、前記ペレットとして、微粉鉄鉱石を造粒し焼成してなる焼成済みペレットを、通常焼結配合原料と予混合してなる焼成済みペレット含有予混合焼結配合原料の状態にして用い、かつ、焼成済みペレット含有予混合焼結配合原料中における該焼成済みペレットの配合率を６ｍａｓｓ％以下とする。【選択図】図１ |
