Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility abnormality determination method and a facility abnormality determination system capable of correctly grasping under what situation an abnormality of a driving unit driven by a facility has occurred and capable of simplifying a structure for determining the abnormality.SOLUTION: A facility abnormality determination method determines the abnormality of a winding device 13, a winding device 14, and a visual inspection device 15 for performing a processing step by driving a plurality of driving units based on input/output signals of the driving unit. The processing step divided into a plurality of operations includes: a step for specifying which operation is performed; a step of specifying one or a plurality of driving units associated with a specific operation as an object driving unit; and a step of performing the abnormality determination of the facility in the operation by comparing a standard value showing the situation of the input/output signals when the object driving unit is normally driven and the input/output signals of the object driving unit in the specified operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】設備で駆動される駆動ユニットの異常がどのような状況で発生したかを正確に把握できるとともに、異常を判定するための構成を簡素化できる設備異常判定方法及び異常設備判定システムを提供すること。【解決手段】複数の駆動ユニットを駆動して処理工程を行う巻線装置13、巻取装置14及び外観検査装置15の異常を駆動ユニットの入出力信号に基づいて判定する設備異常判定方法であって、複数の動作に区分された処理工程において、いずれの動作を行っているかを特定する工程と、特定した動作に対応付けられた1又は複数の駆動ユニットを対象駆動ユニットとして特定する工程と、対象駆動ユニットが正常に駆動したときの入出力信号の状況を示す基準値と、特定された前記動作における前記対象駆動ユニットの入出力信号と、を比較し、該動作における設備の異常判定を行う工程と、を含む。【選択図】図3
