Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic member having an elastic layer including silicone rubber and a mold release layer including a fluorine resin sufficiently adhered to each other without requiring an adhesion layer therebetween.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic member includes a base material, an elastic layer including silicone rubber on the base material, and a mold release layer provided directly on the surface of the elastic layer, where the mold release agent includes a fluorine resin selected from the group consisting of PFA, FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PCTFE, ECTFE, and PVDF, and the elastic layer causes cohesive failure in 90° peel strength test based on Japan Industrial Standard (JIS)K6854-1:1999.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
