PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition capable of improving the dispersibility of a carbon-based conductive agent, and provide an electrophotographic member in which the dispersibility of the carbon-based conductive agent in a conductive portion is high.SOLUTION: A conductive composition includes a matrix polymer having polarity, a carbon-based conductive agent, and a dispersant. The dispersant is made of a polymer having a repeating unit obtained by imide-bonding or amide-bonding a polycyclic aromatic component to an oligomer component or polymer component having polarity.
