Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional frequency information detection devices are capable of detecting frequency but are not capable of detecting phase information, which makes it impossible to synchronize the frequency and phase of an output of another high frequency power supply with those of an input signal V.SOLUTION: First estimated phase information and first estimated frequency information of an input signal Vat time [t] are estimated. Second estimated phase information and second estimated frequency information of a sinusoidal signal generated by a sinusoidal signal generator 40 are also estimated. A moving average (F[t]) of errors of the second estimated frequency information with respect to the first estimated frequency information is computed. A moving average (α[t]) of errors of the second estimated phase information with respect to the first estimated phase information is also computed. A command frequency for the sinusoidal signal generator 40 is corrected such that both average error values are within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来の周波数情報検出装置では、周波数を検出することはできるが、位相情報を検出することができないので、他の高周波電源の出力周波数及び位相を入力信号Vinの周波数及び位相に合わせることができなかった。【解決手段】 時刻[t]における入力信号Vinの第1推定位相情報及び第1推定周波数情報を推定する。また、正弦波信号生成部40から出力される正弦波信号の第2位相情報及び第2周波数情報を推定する。第1推定周波数情報に対する第2推定周波数情報の誤差の移動平均値(Ferr_ave[t])を演算する。また第1推定位相情報に対する第2推定位相情報の誤差の移動平均値(αerr_ave[t])を演算する。そして、両方の誤差の平均値が予め定めた範囲内になるように、正弦波信号生成部40への指令周波数を補正する。【選択図】 図2 |
