PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin of a work machine allowing a duct for introducing outdoor air to be easily formed and the work machine provided with the cabin.SOLUTION: A cabin of a work machine comprises: a driver seat; panels disposed at lateral sides of the driver seat; periphery portions being provided on the panels and having annular edge portions forming opening portions; first plate portions facing the periphery portions at opposite sides to the driver seat; and second plate portions having one ends coupled to the first plate portions and the other ends coupled to the periphery portions.
