POLYISOCYANURATE-MODIFIED ISOCYANATE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanurate-modified isocyanate composition which, even when diluted with an aliphatic solvent containing a carbonyl group such as methyl ethyl ketone and methyl isobutyl ketone, does not turn yellow or become cloudy by overheating or with time, and to provide an efficient production method thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a polyisocyanurate-modified isocyanate composition obtained by: reacting an aliphatic diisocyanate and/or an alicyclic diisocyanate with a hydroxyl group-containing compound; thereafter isocyanurating the diisocyanate using an isocyanurating catalyst and adding a terminating agent thereto to terminate the reaction; and eliminating unreacted portion of the diisocyanate by adding 1.0×10to 5.0×10mol/g of an additive represented by a formula (1): R-SO-NH-CO-R(1).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】メチルエチルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトンといったカルボニル基を含有する脂肪族系溶剤を用いてポリイソシアヌレート変性イソシアネート組成物を希釈しても過熱又は経時により黄変、白濁しないポリイソシアヌレート変性イソシアネート組成物及び効率良い製造方法の提供。【解決手段】脂肪族及び／又は脂環式ジイソシアネートと水酸基含有化合物を反応させた後、イソシアヌレート化触媒を添加してイソシアヌレート化したものに停止剤を用いて反応を停止させた後、式（１）で表される添加剤１．０×１０−４〜５．０×１０−３ｍｍｏｌ／ｇを添加し、未反応の前記ジイソシアヌレートを除去したポリイソシアヌレート変成イソシアヌレート組成物。Ｒ１−ＳＯ２−ＮＨ−ＣＯ−Ｒ２・・・・（１）【選択図】なし
