Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanoparticle with a mean particle diameter of 10-200 nm whose bioavailability is improved by combining natural origin components, such as gallate type catechin, gelatin, and a whey protein, which has excellent gastric acid resistance.SOLUTION: The invention provides a nanoparticle containing 0.1% by weight or more of gallate type catechin as a solid content, 0.1% by weight or more of an animal protein consisting of a gelatin and whey protein as a solid content, and wherein the weight ratio (animal protein/gallate type catechin) of the solid content of the gallate type catechin and the solid content of the animal protein is 0.07-8.0, and the ratio between the two animal proteins is 0.1:9.9-2:8 (gelatin:whey protein), and the mean particle diameter is 10-200 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】平均粒子径が10〜200nmであり、優れた胃酸耐性を有することで、ガレート型カテキン、ゼラチンおよび乳清タンパク質という天然由来成分を組み合わせた生体利用性をより向上させたナノ粒子を提供すること。【解決手段】ガレート型カテキンを固形分として0.1重量%以上、ゼラチンおよび乳清タンパク質からなる動物性タンパク質を固形分として0.1重量%以上含有し、且つ、ガレート型カテキンの固形分と前記動物性タンパク質の固形分の重量比(動物性タンパク質/ガレート型カテキン)が0.07〜8.0であり、且つ、2種の動物性タンパク質の比率が0.1:9.9〜2:8(ゼラチン:乳清タンパク質)であり、且つ、平均粒子径が10〜200nmであることを特徴とするナノ粒子。【選択図】図1
