Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite board which can effectively use a recycled plastic material, is suitable for construction application such as a basic material e.g. a floor material and a wall material, the cost of which can be reduced compared to a plywood, and which is environment-friendly, and to provide a method for producing the composite board.SOLUTION: The composite board includes: a recycled plastic plate-like layer 2 formed by hot-pressing at least a recycled plastic material; and a vegetable fiber plate-like layer 3 which is provided along one surface of the recycled plastic plate-like layer 2 and is formed by pressing and hardening a nonwoven fabric mat formed of a fiber material containing at least any one vegetable fiber selected from a hemp fiber, a bamboo fiber and a coconut fiber through a thermosetting resin adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】再生プラスチック材の有効利用を図ることができるとともに、床材や壁材などの基材などの建築用途に好適で合板に比べコストダウンを図ることができるとともに環境にもやさしい複合板材およびその製造方法を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】少なくとも再生プラスチック材が加熱プレスされて形成された再生プラスチック板状層2と、この再生プラスチック板状層2の一方の面に沿うように設けられ、麻系繊維、竹繊維、やし繊維から選ばれた少なくともいずれかの植物繊維を含む繊維材料からなる不織布マットが熱硬化性樹脂接着剤を介して押し固められてなる植物繊維板状層3を備えることを特徴としている。【選択図】 図1
