Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stability and desirable fluid characteristics of air streams by reducing cost in a fluid-filtering filter element.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a filter element 20 for filtering a fluid 18, in particular, air and has a filter element using a folding filter medium 26 where a folding edge 32 of a folding part 28 defines a filter element inflow surface 40 on the unprocessed side, and filter element outflow surface 42 on the clean side. The filter element 20 has at least one filter medium stabilization element 48, and the filter medium stabilization element 48 has a stabilization part 50 having an outer shape 51 adapted to the outer shape 53 of the filter medium 26. The stabilization part 50 is positioned on contact with the filter medium 26 to stabilize the filter medium 26. The filter medium stabilization element 48 is positioned on the opposite side of the stabilization part 50 to project from the inflow surface 40 on the unprocessed side and from the outflow surface 42 on the clean side. 【課題】流体濾過用フィルタエレメントにおいて、コストを低減し且つ安定性及び好ましい気流の流動特性を得られるようにする。【解決手段】本発明は、流体18、特に空気を濾過するフィルタエレメント20に関し、折り畳み部28の折り畳みエッジ32が未処理側でフィルタエレメントの流入面40を、清浄側でその流出面42を定義された折り畳み濾材26を用いたフィルタエレメントを有する。フィルタエレメント20は少なくとも1つの濾材安定化エレメント48を有し、濾材安定化エレメント48は、濾材26の外形53に適合する外形51を持つ安定化部50を有し、安定化部50は濾材26を安定させるべく濾材26と接して位置し、濾材安定化エレメント48は、安定化部50の反対側に位置し、未処理側で流入面40から突き出し、清浄側で流出面42から突き出す。また、本発明は当該フィルタエレメント20を用いたフィルタに関する。【選択図】図3 |
