WASTE SORTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste sorting device capable of removing long chips, cloth pieces and the like, which are considered as being not suitable for wind sorting, by highly reliable sorting with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In a waste sorting device, air supplied to a small air chamber 3a via an air intake 6a at the discharge end upper part of a lower chamber 3 is strongly jetted from a slender opening at the tip of an air-knife nozzle 15 being projected and sloping upward to a discharge port side from the rear end of a perforated plate 1; an air flow from the air-knife nozzle 15 till a suction nozzle 9b is made a laminar flow since air is sucked by a suction nozzle 9b located at the discharge end upper part of an upper chamber 2; and then the reliability of sorting and removing long chips, cloth pieces and the like which are hardly sorted can be increased further.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】簡単な構成で、風力選別に適さないとされる、長尺の木片や布片等が、確実性の高い選別で除去することができる、廃棄物の選別装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】下部室３の排出端上部に、空気取入口６ａを介して小空気室３ａに供給した空気は、多孔板１の後端から、突出して排出口側に傾斜上昇するエアナイフノズル１５の先端の細長い開口から空気を強力に噴出し、上部室２の排出端上部にある吸引ノズル９ｂで吸引するので、エアナイフノズル１５から吸引ノズル９ｂまでの空気の流れが層流を成すことによって、選別が難しい長尺の木片や布片等の選別除去も、より一層の確実性が高まるようにできた。【選択図】図３
